1. It's the first full day at camp! And you know what that means . . . flagpole! Uh oh . . . this is a bit embarassing but it looks like we forgot to hang the flag on the flagpole! We need you to help us make a NEW flag for camp! Grab a piece of paper or even an old piece of fabric, some markers, and your imagination! Design a brand new flag for Camp Couchiching. You can use a design like this one below OR make one up based on your ideas too!
Supplies: Markers and a blank paper or a square of fabric!
Draw your new flag, color it in and find the perfect spot to hang it in your house! Once you're done, we can finally get started with Morning Flagpole! Share a photo of it with #CampCoochVPA
2. Alright, let's start our day with some energizers! We had a great breakfast at Artaban and now we have lots of energy to burn off. It's also a Tuck Day so better make room for that delicious Tuck! Follow along with this video to get warmed up! 🕺
Perfect!! That's some great dancing and freezing. Now that you're warmed up, this next one is even more tricky! When they say "The Floor is Lava" try to jump off the floor or on to a safe piece of furniture! When the music starts again, you start danicing again! You will want to be near a couch or chair OR just get ready to Jump! 🦘
Wow! That was incredible - great job dancing and getting energized for the rest of the day! Those dance moves will probably come in handy for Cooch Follies later on in the week so Keep practicing!
3. The day sure is flying by - it's already time for the camp-wide game! It's the Ultimate Camp Couchiching Scavenger Hunt! The first cabin to collect EVERYTHING on this list will win the Scavenger Hunt Championship trophy. 👓

What a day, eh? I can't believe that's it but thankfully there's lots more camp left. Don't forget to check out the other parts of this site for more Ideas and other things to watch and do!
